Rescheduling Appointment:

You can reschedule your session at any time up to 48 hours prior to your session date/time (for any reason including illness). You can complete this by clicking on the CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT located on the bottom of your confirmation email.

Refund Policy:
A $10 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover admin costs prior to 48 hours to your scheduled session date/time.

Late Policy:

If you are late for your session, please do not call or email. We are unable to accommodate late schedule changes as we are booked back to back and that is unfair to our other clients booked behind you. The only exception that may be made is if the family behind you has shown up early and are ready or we have a gap in our schedule. This will happen automatically if applicable. If we are unable to accommodate a schedule change the amount of time that you're late will come out of your session time.

Illness Policy:
If anyone is feeling unwell please DO NOT show up to your scheduled session. We appreciate you staying home to keep Santa healthy this holiday season as he is high risk.

As per our illness policy we will issue a 50% refund for any appointments cancelled within 48 hours as we will be unable to fill your session spot with short notice. Then you can go back on the website and book again based on our current availability.

Due to the amount of illness’s that go around, we are unable to re-schedule you. If we re-scheduled every family that has an illness we wouldn’t be able to financially stay open and would have to terminate our photography sessions. We appreciate your understanding.

***Please note our administration staff has the right to send you home if we feel you are too unhealthy to visit Santa***

Why can’t I click on a date to book?

That means that we are sold out on that date.

Wait/Cancellation list:

There is no waitlist. If sessions are fully booked, you will need to keep checking regularly as bookings are on a first come first served basis only. Cancellations will happen due to illness, so keep checking.

How do I book a session?

Click on the link for the date and time preferred. You will then be brought to the booking page. Click on the time slot that you would prefer. Complete the payment.

What time do I need to arrive to my session?

It is important to arrive 15 minutes early for your session to ensure you’re on time and ready for your Santa Experience. Please allow adequate time to park, find Santa’s location and get ready for your session. If you run late, your session will be missed and we will go to the next session. Due to the nature of the event and close time slots, we will be unable to re-book with no refunds.

What if my child cries or is intimidated of Santa?

This will happen! First, relax Mom & Dad! We will introduce your child, if they are too upset we can seat them next to Santa or include you in the session while you hold your child. We want to ensure a positive experience, so please don’t be alarmed if we ask you to be in the photo. (Dress accordingly). We also supply toys, such as a car and rocking horse for the children to sit in as an option . We will introduce small transitions to ensure that this is not a traumatic event for your child.

Babies First Christmas:

We provide a special keepsake gift from Santa for babies first Christmas.
